Our client, operating in the Kyrgyz Republic, is currently looking for a Russian Speaking Drill Site Manager to join their team immediately. Candidates for this role will be required to work hand in hand with the drilling crews with the purpose of making a safer #38 better drilling operation.This position reports directly to the Drilling Manager.In this role, responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Oversee #38 manage the safety management system (to be introduced) on the drilling rig Administration #38 collection of daily reports, safety, drilling, maintenance / servicing, well summary etc Manage the drilling #38 engineering side of the drilling program #38 striving to improve the time/depth curve for the wells Set out the daily work schedule/tasks list when drilling the well Planning in advance procuring equipment, services, parts #38 tools to reduce 'dead time/flat spots' Initiate time saving ideas on all individual tasks (eg. pressure testing, running casing #38 cementing, etc) Management of the warehouse #38 spare parts #38 improvement of the current situation Ordering of specialized drilling tools #38 equipment spare parts. Keeping the 'production' at a neat #38 efficient operating level Prepare the rig moving plan #38 identify areas to improve upon (eg, cellar dug #38 walls cemented, conductor pipe set #38 cemented, rat hole #38 mouse hole set, lease 'pegged' out for the rig loads, lay second set of steel matting etc)
