Project Directors, Saudi Arabia Plans, directs and ensures effective execution of complex and high risk projects in excess of $50M+. 15+yrs exp., BA required, must be able to meet security requirements.Project Managers Project procurement, control and scheduling. Ensures safety, Q/A and contract compliance of projects in excess of $50M+. 10+yrs exp., BA required, must be able to meet security requirements.Engineers Licensed Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineers to perform value engineering, constructability review, design development, technical investigations, other engineering activities. 8+yrs engineering related exp., BA required, must be able to meet security requirements.Schedulers Provide scheduling direction for design and construction phases of projects. Prepare schedules for bids, identify critical paths and communicate potential issues and/or concerns. 5+yrs exp., knowledge of P3 required, must be able to meet security requirements.Estimators Prepare accurate project estimates, develop cost summaries, analyze conceptual and schematic designs for estimates, identify cost trends to assist with cost reduction and process improvements. 5+yrs exp., knowledge of Excel and onscreen take off estimating software required, must be able to meet security requirements.
