Functions:Understand thoroughly the operation business of Companys management and operations from the assigned territory and Company Headquarterss operations and Companys concept documentation and manualsFind and document best practices in the operation and management of the Company territory of assignment, and integrate those to the KIA best practices bank Supervise that Franchisees follow the recommendations of the different reports created by the HQ (Experience and Business areas) Monitor the performance in the operation and the business and ensure its compliance with the concept and essence of Company, sufficiency in administrative controls and its financial profitabilityAssess and document areas of opportunity in the operation of Company facilitiesDiagnose areas of opportunity found and actions for improvement, correction or prevention in the KIA assessment approved documents and structure, for its communication to the Companys management team from the assigned territoryGenerate and document proposals of actions for improvement, correction or prevention derived from the diagnose of the operations areas of opportunity to integrate KIA assessment reportsSuggest best practices found in the KIA Best Practices bank, prior validation from headquarters KIA Manager and LBE Counsel OfficerValidate KIA assessment reports, proposals of improvement, corrective or preventive actions with Company Headquarters in Mexico, specifically with the KIA Manager and the LBE Counsel Officer, before the final deliveryHelp Companys Headquarters arrangements for assessment visits from Company Headquarter staff sent by KIA according to the assessments planSupervision and Follow UpVerify the correct integration of the concept in the design, construction, theme, operation, history and essence of Company to assess areas of opportunity and communicate them to Company HeadquartersProvide follow up on the implementation of recommendations regarding architecture, construction, theming and experience, ensuring their incorporation to the operation in such a way that they contribute to the success of the businessBusiness IntelligenceGather information from the market and competitors in the franchised territoryHospitality: including tours, presentations, building and maintaining customer relations.Coordinate potential franchisees or marketing partners visits to the parkAssist visitors at all times and arrange sightseeing tours, lunches/dinners and other hospitality actions
